Open Class schedule and new rules were discussed and established.

1999/2000 RO winter season
rules were established, see rules
A new points
systems will be used to detirmine season champion, 2nd through 6th,
and rookie of the year.
Race entry fee will go up
to $5 to cover year end trophies and placques.
Butch Bowden is MHOSA Treasurer.
Each race we will vote for
best track marshall and best sportsman.
Year end awards for best
marshall, best sportsman, and most improved.
The 1999/2000 RO schedule
